Consent Agreement for Website Access and Management
1. Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to grant JPS Support Service access to your website and associated accounts to provide website management, maintenance, and related services as agreed upon.
2. Authorization
By signing this agreement, you authorize JPS Support Service to:
- Access and manage your website, including the backend dashboard, hosting account, and third-party integrations.
- Perform updates, fixes, content management, and other tasks as necessary to maintain and improve your website’s functionality.
- Use login credentials provided by you for authorized purposes only.
3. Confidentiality and Security
- JPS Support Service agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all credentials, data, and information provided by you.
- All access will be used strictly for the purposes outlined in this agreement, and no sensitive information will be shared without your consent.
4. Limitations of Access
- JPS Support Service will not make unauthorized changes or engage in activities outside the agreed-upon scope of work.
- You retain ownership of all website data, design, and content.
5. Liability
JPS Support Service is not liable for:
- Pre-existing issues or errors on your website.
- Third-party service outages or issues outside JPS Support Service’s control.
6. Duration and Termination
- This agreement remains in effect for the duration of the service engagement.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice of 7 days Upon termination, JPS Support Service will revoke access and return all credentials. And client must pay all due amount.
7. Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that by providing access to your website, you are granting JPS Support Service permission to make necessary changes and updates as required for service delivery.
