Remote support is provided through various channels such as phone, online chat, or direct access to your PC. Agreement and consent are required before this process can take place. You may be directed to download remote access software on your device to allow a technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix your device remotely
To have your PC diagnosed and fixed remotely, you need to provide access to your device, a stable internet connection, consent for remote access, and possibly download remote access software provided by our support team. Additionally, there is  a diagnostic fee required.
The diagnostic fee ranges from $65 to $450, depending on the device. This fee covers the cost of diagnosing your device, and if you allow our technician to fix the problem for you, the diagnostic fee will be applied towards the repair cost.
On-site tech support entails a technician visiting your location to diagnose and resolve issues with your computer, device, or IT infrastructure. We evaluate the problem in person, offer prompt solutions, and ensure your systems operate efficiently. Please note that there may be a fee based on the distance and urgency of the service.
